It is definitely fascinating to behold a rock formation which is tall and skinny. Hoodoos look really amusing with their tall skinny spires which appear to protrude from the bottom of barren a basin (or badlands) and almost broken land. These hoodoos are also referred to as fairy chimneys, tent rocks and earth pyramids because of their bizarre shape.
